The theme for the Full day of Silence theme is Self-in Relationship.
Yes – that’s right a full 24 hour day in silence. No talking. No phone. No computers. This day deepens your awarenesses and is often a turning point in the course.

2) Theme for the day: Self in Relationship
“The theme for your one-day retreat is your relationship with yourself (and others). By spending a complete day alone in silence, you will clearly learn much about your relationship with yourself. 3) Using Podcasts (No Electronics?)

When you’re in a group, this day of silence is lightly guided by Soleil witha minimal amount of speaking. - Silent Retreat on your own:
If you need guidance for your practices, these podcasts are the only form of electronics you should use on this day. You may choose to setup your day in complete silence without these.
