1. An Introduction to Week 7: Truth in Action
“As you developed your list of truths [last week #6], look over them and ask, ‘What might I be able to do this week that would be one small step toward putting these into action?” … You may notice joy, exhilaration, fear, worry, hesitation, discomfort, happiness, contentment, or any multitude of feelings and thoughts.” — Turn Stress Into Bliss pg 153
- Centering & Intention
Alternating days. - Mindful Movement (password needed) or extended Walking Meditation
- Mindful Meditation (password needed) or Heart-To-Heart exercise
- Integration Process (Create the final Action Step – and DO IT!)
3. Ideas for daily journaling
- In what ways am I putting my truth into action in my life?
- What gets in my way of doing more of this?
- Is there a relationship in my life where I could practice bringing more love to it by bringing greater truth to it?
- What attachment would I need to put aside to do that?
4. Challenges
- Be TRUTH IN ACTION: Use the Integration Process at the end of every day to create simple smal action steps to be done the next day.
